I'm Vida Forward, a Family Systems Educator. I teach families to run their home the way strong organizations run — on a standard everyone helped build, everyone can see, and everyone signed.
I know this room, because I sat in it. For over a decade I built a career in commercial real estate on one thing: a clear, repeatable system. Then I'd drive home to a son I argued with every single morning. I could close a million-dollar deal and I could not get a backpack through the door.
