Lead Your Home — The Family System Starter Guide and The Group Chat Guide are digital downloads. You pay once, you download the files, and they are yours to keep and to use in your own home for as long as you like.
Payment and delivery happen through Gumroad. The download link arrives by email immediately after checkout. If it does not, email team@vidaforward.com and I will send it to you myself.
Build your agreement, hold one family meeting, and if you do not feel the room change, email me within 7 days of buying and I refund you in full.
You do not have to explain yourself and I do not ask you to return anything — you cannot un-download a file, and I would rather you keep it. Write to team@vidaforward.com with the email address you bought with. Refunds are issued through Gumroad and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
You may print it, write on it, put the board on your wall, use it with your own family for years, and show it to a friend.
Please do not resell it, post the files publicly, or use it to run paid workshops. If you want to use this with a school, a practice, a company or a group, that is a licence and I am glad to talk about it — write to me.

If you tick the box allowing me to share yours, I may read it on the podcast; if you also ask to stay anonymous, I will change any detail that could identify you. I email you about a week before an episode using your question goes out.
Fees, dates and formats are agreed in writing by email before anything is confirmed. Nothing on the speaking page is an offer or a fixed price.
If I change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them. A change never applies backwards to something you already bought.
